4. How could I get a price?
Find a customer service on our web tell him the specifications of your bag. For example, shape, material, size, thickness, printing, quantity etc. The customer service will give you a good answer.
5. What's the leading time of the production?
For samples in stock, the leading time is 1 days. For new samples, we need 11 days to produce it. For mass production, the production time is 13 days.
6. How could I deal with the quality issue?
If quality issue occued, please rest assure, we will take responsibility to this situation. What you need to do is take some photos of damaged bags and decription the situation of it. This two movement is very improtant for us to analysis the reason of accident. For your information, HXW-Pack prepared USD50,000 for dealing quality issues.
